The Highlights

Revitalise.

Step out of routine and into a slower pace. With space to rest, eat well, and take care of yourself, each day brings the chance to feel more present and less rushed

No deadlines, no expectations.

Reset.

A mix of good conversation, quiet moments, and time in nature helps clear the mental clutter. Whether it’s a morning walk, journaling at sunset, or a new place to pray, it’s a practical pause and it lasts longer than a long weekend.

Reconnect.

With yourself, your faith, and a group of women on a similar path. This isn’t about big breakthroughs, it’s about shared experiences, meaningful chats, and small reminders of what really matters.

Where you’ll stay

Ariyasom

Located in the heart of the Thai capital, Bangkok, yet set in tranquil tropical gardens, a retreat from the hustle and bustle beyond our gates.

Offering the best of Thai hospitality and equipped with the essential conveniences, it’s the perfect location for your sojourn in Bangkok

The Bell

The Bell Phuket consists of 16 Private Pool Villa units of varying sizes, and are all surrounded by a lush, tropical forest. The property was designed with privacy in mind, who appreciate the serenity and calmness of a tropical heaven. Release and relax without ever having to see or hear your neighbours.

Cape Kudu

At Cape Kudu Hotel on sleepy Koh Yao Noi, days begin with tropical breakfasts and end with starlit dinners. Coconut farms, deserted beaches and dazzling dive sites beckon in between. A sense of serenity pervades throughout with the ocean-inspired, sartorial symphony of white-and-blue and wood-and-stone.

Itinerary

  • 10 May
Arrivals into Phuket and after checking in at The Bell Pool Villas, you’ll ease into the trip with a laid-back BBQ welcome dinner, a chance to meet the group, settle in, and unwind after the journey.

    11 May
The next morning, we’ll ease into movement with a gentle private yoga session followed by a nourishing breakfast. Then it’s time for the first group session with Melanie, expect honest conversation, light reflection, and space to get grounded. In the afternoon, we’ll visit an ethical elephant sanctuary to connect with nature in a hands-on way.

    12 May
After your morning breakfast session, Melanie opens up the conversation further, and the afternoon is yours for a local experience or a little downtime. Choose from experiencing a Muay Thai session, an in-villa massage or simply chill with a book by the pool.

  • 13 May
We leave Phuket behind and hop aboard a boat to the Muslim populated island of Koh Yao Noi, a quiet, scenic island full of local charm. You’ll check in at Cape Kudu, a boutique beachside stay, and gather for a relaxed dinner with the group that evening.

    14 May
The next day is all about exploring the coastline. We’ll head out on a full-day trip through Phang Nga Bay, with stops at limestone caves, the floating Muslim village of Koh Pan Yee, and some time for kayaking. It’s active but relaxed, with plenty of time to take it all in.

    15 May & 16 May
Over the next two days, you’ll settle into a steady rhythm. Mornings start with a group session hosted by Melanie. In the afternoons, we’ll visit a local school for a community exchange, followed by a free day to rest, swim, nap or journal, whatever helps you feel most like yourself.

  • 17 May
On day eight, we travel from island to city, flying into Bangkok with enough time for a little retail therapy in the afternoon. Think curated markets, boutique stops, and a few good finds to take home.

    19 May
Our final full day starts with one last session with Melanie, then we’ll explore the city together, from cultural spots to backstreets, with a few surprises along the way. The day ends with a farewell dinner with stunning city views. Good food, great company and a moment to take it all in.

    20 May
On the final morning, we part ways rested, recharged, and maybe with a few extra sarongs in the suitcase.

Apply to Join

Your Questions

  • Not at all. Many of our guests come solo and we love that. The experience is built to create natural connection through shared spaces, group sessions, and downtime. You’ll leave with new friends, and maybe even a group chat you don’t want to mute.

  • All accommodation, in-destination transport, daily breakfast, welcome and farewell dinners, group sessions with Melanie, curated activities, and select lunches/dinners are included.

Flights to and from Thailand, some meals, and personal expenses (like shopping or spa treatments) are not included.

  • Absolutely. We’ve intentionally designed every part of the trip with Muslim women in mind, from privacy and modesty considerations to halal food and prayer time built into the flow of each day. It’s a space where you can fully be yourself.

  • It’s a gentle pace. Activities include walking, light yoga, and optional kayaking, but everything is beginner-friendly and no one’s forcing you into a HIIT class. You’ll have plenty of time to rest, recharge, and skip anything that doesn’t suit your energy.

  • There’s no formal dress code, modest and comfortable is the vibe. Think breathable fabrics, walking shoes or sandals, and outfits you feel good in. Bring something loose for yoga, something chill for dinner, and don’t forget modest swimwear for the private pool settings

  • We’re keeping it intimate, with a maximum group size of 20 people. That means more meaningful conversations, less waiting around, and a better balance between group time and personal space.
