How It Works

 

Start.

Simply click the ‘apply to host’ link at the top of this page. Complete the form and one of our team will reach out to organise a quick call and explore what you have in mind. We want to get to know you and what you’re looking to experience with your audience.

Plan.

We’ll plan an initial itinerary within 48 hours of your initial call. We’ll work with our ground teams to create an exceptional travel experience, an indicative breakdown how much your audience would pay, as well as how much you could earn from the trip.

Share.

Once you’re happy with the logistics, we’ll set up your dedicated page to start sharing. This is where you start promoting. We’ll provide trackable links and creative assets for you to share with your awesome audience. Let them know all the great experiences they will be discovering as well as your personal impact you’ll be sharing with the trip

Logistics.

We take care of all the logistics, from booking your participants, taking payments (we even offer installments) to organising your trip via our app. Here’s the best part, you have a dedicated local team member with you the whole trip, so you don’t have to worry about checking the route to the hotel or where to catch dinner, simply get on doing what you do best.

Once you successfully host your first trip, you unlock access to exclusive perks, including the chance to join familiarisation trips with our tourism board and airline partners.  Your Questions

  • With over 20 years’ experience in travel, we really know our stuff. We’ve partnered up with some of the most popular and well-known hotel and resort branches across the globe. Simply put, we’re travel nerds.

  • Once you apply to host, our team will schedule a discovery call to understand your audience and travel goals. We’ll then design a trip with you that fits your brand.

  • We manage itinerary creation, bookings, operations, and customer support. You’re responsible for promoting the trip to your audience, vetting who travels with you and bringing in sign-ups.

  • Hosts typically earn between $5,000 to $15,000 per trip, depending on the destination, trip pricing, and number of travellers. We’ll provide exact projections based on your proposed itinerary.

  • We require a minimum number of travellers (usually 12) to run a trip. If that threshold isn’t met by the cut-off date, the trip is cancelled at no cost to you or your followers.

  • No, your trip is fully hosted, including flights, accommodation, transport, and activities. You just cover personal extras like shopping or additional meals.

  • Yes, depending on group size and structure, we can arrange a plus-one slot for a discounted or complimentary rate. Let us know in advance during planning.

  • If your followers trust your lifestyle and often ask to travel with you or replicate your adventures, they’re perfect candidates. It works well for wellness, food, fashion, fitness, travel, faith-based and culture creators to name a few.

  • Absolutely. We’ll guide you based on local knowledge, logistics, and price points, but the final theme and trip style will be a collaborative effort.

  • We recommend launching your trip promotion 6 months before the departure date to maximise sign-ups and give travellers time to plan.
